Working in association with Home Box Office, Showtime, and Don King Productions, Inc., Marcus Corwin, P.A. was responsible for the civil prosecution of satellite piracy claims arising from the unauthorized use of closed circuit television and pay-per-view boxing telecasts, and was instrumental in the development of significant case law under the Federal Communications Act. Marcus Corwin, P.A.’s practice currently focuses on the development and licensing of intellectual property, financing and development of entrepreneurial business ventures, representation of science centers and museums, and the pursuit of philanthropic ventures.

Marcus Corwin is the sole principal of the firm. Mr. Corwin was born in New York City, raised in Maryland, and currently resides in Boca Raton, Florida. Mr. Corwin attended the University of Maryland and University of Baltimore (B.S., 1981) and obtained his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law (J.D., 1983). Mr. Corwin is admitted to practice law in the States of Maryland (1986) and Florida (1988) as well as the United States Courts of Appeal for the Fourth, Sixth, and Eleventh Circuits. Mr. Corwin has been practicing law since 1983.
